The “empty lot” where the horses are in the image above was then known as the CPR Park. By the 1970s, it would be Pacific Centre. The building across Georgia Street from the horses is Hotel Vancouver #1, where the Toronto Dominion tower is today. The Vancouver Block above appears to be unfinished.
